The report of the Futures Working Group (FWG) of the Animals in Science Committee (ASC) is now available on GOV.UK via this link.
The report follows an extensive period of futures research undertaken by the FWG, including horizon scanning, workshops, and other tools, in order to ascertain the value of futures research to the work of the ASC. The report includes useful tools and further resources and will be an important part of the ongoing work, now that the FWG has been made a standing sub-group of the ASC. I am very pleased to be continuing as Chair of the Futures Group and continuing this important work.
